Agreement
By using the storefront or placing an order after live checkout is enabled, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty Policy.
Storefront purpose
AURELIA is configured as an independent retail storefront for selected consumer products. Product brand names and trademarks identify the underlying products and remain property of their respective owners.
Product information
AURELIA aims to present accurate specifications based on official source material. Manufacturers may change packaging, firmware, dimensions, accessories or specifications, so material changes identified before shipment may require customer notice or cancellation.
Pricing
AURELIA selling prices are shown in USD. Brand-direct reference prices are time-stamped comparison information and can change independently. Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected before order acceptance with a prompt refund if payment was captured.
Orders
Adding an item to cart does not create a contract or reserve stock. An order becomes accepted only after payment authorization, inventory/fulfillment confirmation and issuance of an order confirmation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, use products in accordance with instructions and safety warnings, and avoid unlawful, unsafe or unauthorized modification.
Intellectual property
The AURELIA site design, original text and store branding are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party product trademarks, manufacturer names and product media remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Product-source links and brand information are provided for transparency. AURELIA does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for changes to their content, availability, pricing or separate privacy practices.
Warranty and disclaimers
Product warranties are governed by the AURELIA Warranty Policy and any separately confirmed manufacturer coverage. No statement on the site should be read as a medical, professional or guaranteed-results claim unless expressly supported and legally permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for a retail dispute will not exceed amounts legally recoverable for the affected order, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded where such exclusions are enforceable.
Governing requirements
Applicable federal, state and local consumer-protection requirements remain in force. Any contractual choice-of-law or dispute clause should be finalized when the seller’s legal entity and operating state are confirmed.
Changes
Terms may be updated for future transactions. The version presented at the time an order is accepted applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
