1. Information submitted through service forms

When you send a service inquiry, the website may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, selected service, preferred date/time and the service details you choose to provide.

2. Why this information is used

The information is used to review the inquiry, contact you about the request, organize follow-up, and manage the inquiry in the website admin panel.

3. Storage

On the Cloudflare version, inquiry records are stored in the connected D1 database. On a future shared-hosting version, records can be stored in the configured MySQL database. Uploaded website media is stored in the configured media storage.

4. Email notifications

If the site owner enables inquiry email notifications, a copy of inquiry details may be sent through the configured email delivery provider. Email notification failure does not remove the inquiry from the admin panel.

5. Language preference

The public website may store your English/Arabic language preference in your browser so your preferred language can be restored on later visits.

6. No advertising or analytics tracking included

This package does not include advertising or third-party analytics tracking by default.

7. Data sharing

Inquiry information is not intended for sale. It may be processed by the hosting, database, storage or email services configured by the site owner where those services are required to operate the website.

8. Retention and deletion

Inquiry records can be reviewed and deleted by authorized administrators. The site owner should retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for legitimate service follow-up and business records.

9. Security

The admin area uses authenticated sessions and the Cloudflare build keeps admin passwords hashed rather than storing plain-text passwords. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
